Method

A pilot before a promise.

Every engagement starts small and earns its scale. No retainers before proof, no six-month lock-ins, no surprises in month three. This page is the whole method — there isn't a hidden slide after it.

Phase 01 · Listen

Two weeks inside your world.

We sit in on your sales calls, read your lost-deal notes and interrogate your data until we know your market better than most of your own team.

If we don't believe the phone is the right channel for you, we'll say so on the very first call. It has happened, and we keep the emails.

What we're looking for

  • Why the last ten deals were lost
  • Who actually blocks the deal, and who signs
  • Which segment still picks up the phone
  • Whether the proposition survives a real question

Phase 02 · Write

Talk-tracks, argued over line by line.

Scripts that sound like people, not scripts. We draft, role-play and redraft — then pressure-test every objection with whoever on your team handles it best.

If a line can't survive your sharpest AE, it doesn't reach a prospect. That's the entire standard.

What gets argued over

  • The first twenty seconds, word by word
  • The answer to "we already have a supplier"
  • How many questions before the ask
  • The moment we fold a call and call back later

Phase 03 · Pilot

Four weeks. One segment. Real numbers.

A fixed-scope pilot on a single segment, with a weekly call and a dashboard you'll actually open. If the meeting rate isn't there, you'll hear it from us before you have to ask.

And you'll own every recording and note we've made, whichever way it goes.

What you'll see

  • A live dashboard, from day one
  • A fifteen-minute call every week
  • Every recording, on request
  • A yes-or-no recommendation at the end

Phase 04 · Scale

More callers, more segments — same care.

Only once the pilot proves the maths. You get a dedicated pod and the same callers every week, because familiarity with your market compounds.

Campaigns run until they stop paying for themselves — and not a week longer.

What a pod looks like

  • One lead caller, one to three colleagues
  • Pods keep their accounts for life
  • New callers shadow for two weeks before dialing
  • The weekly call never changes hands
05

Once it's live

A week on the floor.

Once a campaign is live, the week has a shape — and it rarely changes. Rhythm is half the craft.

Monday

Planning call. Fifteen minutes, same time every week. This week's segment agreed, list loaded, talk-track tweaks noted.

Tuesday

First calling block, 09:00–11:30. The best window for operations directors, and we build the day around it.

Wednesday

The mid-week note. What we're hearing that the script didn't expect — sent whether or not there's anything to report.

Thursday

Second block, 14:00–16:30, plus callbacks booked from earlier in the week. After four o'clock, the floor stops and listens back together.

Friday

Nothing after noon. The weekly pack goes out; the weekend gets its silence.

06

House rules

Five promises we keep.

01

We'll tell you when to stop.

Campaigns end when the maths ends, and we end them ourselves. A telemarketing firm that never tells you to stop is billing you, not building you.

02

You own everything.

Recordings, notes, lists, dashboard. Leave on any Friday with the lot — it's in the contract, in plain English, in a paragraph.

03

No junior handovers.

The team that pitched your account is the team that dials it. We've never run the pitch-then-switch model, and we never will.

04

Immersion before dialing.

Two weeks inside your product before the first call, and a test at the end that we mark. Your callers will know your offer better than your last two hires.

05

Business hours, business numbers.

B2B only, always. We screen every list against the CTPS, keep the compliance paper trail boring, and have never once wished we called consumers.

Familiarity with your market compounds. Same pod, same callers, every week — that's the whole trick, and there's no shortcut version of it.

Start a conversation

The next pilot starts whenever you do.

Four weeks, one segment, real numbers — and a recommendation at the end, whichever way it points.
