Tell us who you need to speak to.
A twenty-minute call, no deck. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so — and usually point you somewhere better. It starts with a short email.
The quickest route is a short email — who you're selling to, roughly how many accounts, and what you've tried. A paragraph is plenty; we'll ask the rest.

Asked often
The questions we get, answered plainly.
What's the smallest engagement you'll take?
The four-week pilot — fixed fee, from £4,500. It's deliberately small: proof is supposed to precede commitment, not follow it.
Who actually makes the calls?
Senior callers, average tenure four years, none of whom joined last month. Every caller spends two weeks inside your product before their first dial — and you can listen to anonymised sample recordings before you sign anything.
Can we hear the calls?
Yes. Recordings are shared in the weekly pack as standard — tone is the product, so we'd rather you audited it. Clients who listen weekly get better campaigns; the feedback loop is the point.
Do you call consumers?
No — business numbers only, in business hours. We screen every list against the CTPS, document re-permissioning, and keep the paper trail boring. Compliance here is non-negotiable and unremarkable, which is how it should be.
What if it isn't working?
You'll hear it from us first, in the weekly call, with the numbers to back it up. We end more campaigns than clients do — a firm that never tells you to stop is billing you, not building you.
